This is a simple salmon recipe. It takes about 15 minutes if the salmon just came out of the refrigerator. Otherwise depending on the heat, it should only take about 5-10 minutes if the salmon is at room temperature.
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet
Dill
Garlic powder or fresh Garlic
Onion powder
Keto Mayo
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. I used a salt block also, so I left the block in the oven and let it come up to temp.
Remove and place the salmon on the block. Sprinkle with whatever herbs you like.
Replace the block and salmon back into the oven. Let it go for about 5 minutes, then start to check it. Once you see the white fat coming up through the flesh, remove the salmon from the oven.
Spread the mayo, mine was a dill mayo, on the salmon and consume.
